When you submit an enquiry or partner application, we collect the information you provide, including your name, business email, company name, website and fulfilment requirements or service capabilities. We also keep relevant correspondence, review notes and records of your permissions.
Our website may process technical information, such as IP addresses and server logs, to operate securely and prevent misuse. Please do not submit customer order lists or sensitive personal information.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, understand your requirements, assess partner applications, identify potentially suitable providers and manage introductions you have agreed to.

We obtain your consent before sharing your contact details with a named provider for an introduction. You may withdraw that consent by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up to unrelated marketing.
Who can receive your information
Authorised people administering Fulfilment Scout can access your enquiry. Service suppliers providing hosting, IT support and communications may process information where needed to support the service.
Fulfilment Scout is operated by 3PLWOW LTD, which also provides fulfilment services. Where appropriate, 3PLWOW may be proposed as a provider. We will explain this before proceeding with an introduction or quotation.
We do not distribute your contact details automatically to a provider list. Once you agree to an introduction, the named provider will handle information it receives under its own privacy notice.
We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep information
We retain information while handling your enquiry or application and any resulting relationship. We assess continued retention according to whether discussions remain active, whether an introduction needs follow-up, and whether records are needed to resolve a complaint or meet a legal obligation. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymised.
Your choices and rights
Providing information is voluntary, but without the required contact and business details we may be unable to assess or respond to your request.
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and request data portability where applicable.

Matching decisions
Enquiries and partner applications are reviewed by people. We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
